i don't have flash, but i know it is difficult to make things with it...
But ...
A) improve your drawings ;) your style can evolve into stunning pieces with practice.

B) Make an actual plot! :) even if it is a simple battle, i want to see something more than just a transformation scene ...

C) Realize that you have freaking FLASH... :D i cannot emphasize this enough... this program has so much potential it is amazing... just see "The Yuyu" or "Waterlollies" ok, those are masterpieces, but it will give you a good idea of what the program is capable of. :D

Good animation, just felt a little choppy... (look WHO's talking XD)
i give this an 6.8...

Overall, it is a 7 review and a 3 vote, not good, but i am cutting slack since is probably one of your first! :)

Continue the effort, and we will may have an amazing flash animator in a couple of years! :D

Oh, and Kirby could escape the charge beam with ease there... he just had to blow out the air! :|

Ok, if you make a new one make sure it is not SSB Samus versus SSb Kirby...

Make Metroid Samus vs Dreamland Kirby...
that means that Samus can shoot Ice beams, super missiles and stuff,
and Kirby an copy the Use of the Power Beam, Samus main beam, and summon warp stars... oh... and the cooking powers....

in short:
Make it longer, and epic, and exploit every move the character has! ;)
this takes a 4 sorry, the sound was a mess...

Haha, i must say... this was enjoyable, and very good for first flash! :D
there is room to improve but i will spot ONE annoying flaw...

The interactive part at some points uses TOO many different buttons... i know you wanted it to be challenging, but THAT is just tedious...
make it use dunno... closer buttons... like the W,A,S,D,F,Q,E or J,K,L,I,O,U,H keys...

other than that, it is great, voted 5! :)

Oh, and SteamTusk did not say "LIGHTNING" he said "LIGHTING"
he meant the shiny effect the wave casts on the character...
yeah, it was COOL... ;)

And i love how the earth just BREAKS APPART from the pressure... that wave must pack a HUGE punch if it had that much power overload... o.O

Good take on the scene, fluidly animated, funny but i cannot give this submission more than 8... it lacks length for being an 9...

Finished Fear Unlimited 1 full edit a while back, and had to check it out... so here are my complaints about this one...
i am fully aware you try to make it look as more as DMC as you can, BUT:
Bring Numeric value Life/Hell drive gauge back... this new design is AWESOME ok, but i die and half of the life still on the gauge, i guess it is the data overload this new gauges create, fix this flaw, or bring the old ones back, in Beautiful Vs Functional i choose Functional ALL the way!
Bring Midair slashes back, i hate to pull the downward slash when i just want to make a good combo! WTF is up with that?
Bring back the slaughter level-ups in mid battle, i KNOW that is not so DMC-ish but the new system is too glitchy... i do not see any difference when i upgrade my armor class!
And fix the sword throw glitch, when i throw my sword, if the enemy guards, i end up losing it for 50 seconds, and this is irritating!

Also, the first boss... Kills you in 2 hits... YES 2 damn hits... tone down it's power a little bit!

Other than those little downsides, it is enjoyable and addicting...
Fix those flaws, and we will have the BEST DMC tribute ever! Just like Unlimited Fear 1 is, only BETTER!
